Hollis Notes uses strictly necessary local storage for the questionnaire page. Local storage means browser storage saved on your own device rather than on a Hollis Notes server and is controlled by the browser where you use this site. It helps the page remember what you were doing while you complete the questionnaire. For example, information you enter can remain available if you leave the page and return during the same browsing activity. The questionnaire information is processed in your browser, where the page uses it only locally for its function during your visit to the questionnaire page entirely. It is not sent to a Hollis Notes server.
The site uses no tracking cookies, accounts, payments, newsletters, or advertising, and local storage only supports page function, not selling data or profiling.
You can clear this local storage through your browser settings, usually by removing the site's stored data, cookies, or browsing data. You can also use your browser's privacy controls to block storage, although doing so may prevent the questionnaire from remembering your progress or previously entered information.
